About Faith Kelly - Real Estate Agent
I began my career in Real Estate back in 2015, starting as a receptionist in a local Wheatbelt community while completing my Certificate III in Business Administration.
In 2017, an opportunity arose with Tony Maddox Real Estate here in Toodyay. I started as receptionist and, within just three months, I was encouraged to complete my Real Estate Registration and stepped into a Property Management role.
Coming from a big family of eight siblings—and being the eldest girl—I’ve always had to juggle multitasking, problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure. Those skills translated seamlessly into Property Management, where I quickly found my rhythm. The role has kept me on my toes, given me plenty of stories (like the time I had to leap a fence to escape a pack of dogs!), and most importantly, allowed me to connect with people and properties in the Toodyay community I proudly call home.
Alongside Property Management, I’ve also had the privilege of completing a number of successful sales throughout my career. For the past eight years, I’ve travelled regularly to Merredin (which has become my second home), where I really found my feet as a Sales Representative. This experience has given me a unique perspective across both sides of real estate and strengthened my passion for helping people achieve their property goals.
In 2023, I completed my Diploma in Property and stepped into the role of Business Development Manager. Then, in 2025, I embraced my biggest challenge and proudest achievement yet—becoming Director of Tony Maddox Real Estate.
Through every role I’ve held, my biggest goal has always been to build genuine, lasting relationships with my clients. I strive to grow as an agent by breaking through the old stigmas around real estate and proving that honesty, transparency, and care sit at the heart of what I do.
I feel incredibly excited to lead our team forward, with fresh ideas and big plans for the future. As a Toodyay local with strong ties across the Wheatbelt, I’m passionate about supporting our community, celebrating the character of our region, and guiding people through every step of their property journey.
