Remove one (1) Corymbia gummifera (Gum Tree() in front courtyard of Unit 1 and replace with one medium-sized (1) local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree presents in poor health and poor structure, the eastern side of its canopy has succumbed to poor health due to poor pruning and exposure to salt laden coastal winds. The eastern side of the trunk is also decayed. The section of the canopy overhanging the footpath is in fair health, however this is only most likely because it is sheltered by the building.
