Buderim is a suburb of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. It is located approximately 10 kilometres north of Maroochydore and is known for its beautiful beaches, lush hinterland and proximity to the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Port Macquarie NSW 2444 has undergone significant changes in the past seven years. In 2016, the suburb was still largely undeveloped, with large areas of bushland and vacant land. However, by 2023, the suburb has seen a rapid increase in development, with new homes, businesses, and infrastructure being built.
